We're very much open to suggestions for beloved products that you want! We're working on curating a larger range of products and would love your help! We're extremely friendly and open to requests so don't be shy! :)

All requests are considered but it does not guarantee that we'll be able to get them.

We will not accept requests for the following:

Sunscreens
Drunk Elephant (they are exclusive to Sephora only)
Farmacy Products
Glossier Products
Glow Recipe (Limited Range available at Mecca now!)
Hada Labo Tokyo Range. For the Skin Plumping Gel Cream, please refer here
Peach & Lily Products
Stratia (We have received many requests and have reached out to Stratia before, unfortunately they have never gotten back to us).
The Inkey List - they are exclusive to Sephora Australia at the moment
Then I Met You (The brand wishes to sell their products on their store only)
The Ordinary (these can't be sold in Australia due to regulations, sorry!)
– AHA 30% + BHA 2% Peeling Solution
– Alpha Arbutin 2%
– Ascorbic Acid 8% + Alpha Arbutin 2%
– Azelaic Acid Suspension 10%

DO NOT use this form to contact us for products that we already stock. This form is connected to a database that tracks all the requests and by submitting a product we already keep, it will throw it off.

Please refer to this page for product availability :)
