Online Store

Our store is currently open.

We have had a few customers panic buying and we will not be tolerating this. We reserve the right to modify or cancel any orders. Please be fair to all other customers 🙇‍♀️🙇‍♂️

Some deliveries may be delayed due to the increased demand our delivery partners are experiencing.

For Parcel Locker/Parcel Collect packages - please pick up your packages in a timely manner (within 5 days) as we're getting reports that the local post offices are Returning to Sender packages, due to space constraints.  

We unfortunately have temporarily ceased shipping to New Zealand. We are hoping to open back deliveries to New Zealand in the next year (2021).

Both our delivery partners: Sendle/Couriers Please and Australia Post have made changes to their delivery processes to enhance the safety of their employees and customers. Please have a read of the links below on their changes of procedures below:

Supplier Shipments

We are currently experiencing delays on all our supplier shipments. We're really sorry but are working really hard to minimise it as much as possible. 

South Korea

Our shipments from South Korea are currently delayed due to limited cargo planes and many countries enforcing more stringent cargo policies. We are still getting stock in and in larger shipments, but it will be slower.


Our shipments from Japan are delayed as Japan Post has suspended deliveries to Australia. 

Update 15/05: We are looking into other suppliers now but their prices are not as competitive and cargo freight is extremely expensive. We will be trialling them but unfortunately may need to increase the prices of some products. We won't be able to get all products.

We will be able to get some stock from other suppliers not located in Japan but their stock is limited.

Due to this, we have enforced a limit of ONE/TWO per Japanese product, as we aren't able to get large quantities of stock in.


Our shipments from US (Glossier, Farmacy, Peach and Lily) are delayed indefinitely as our supplier warehouse is closed. We have no ETA on any of these products and will not be getting any stock anytime soon. 

Please refrain from emailing us about stock updates. At this moment, it's very hard to keep track 😞. We suggest signing up to the email notifications on the product pages.

We're no strangers to mental health and we all are going through strange times, with panic, stress and fear running high - it's easy to get lost in it all.
