1. Cleanse face and follow with toner to remove excess impurities.
2. Open pouch, apply sheet mask directly to your face, and carefully remove the film from the external facing side.
3. Leave the sheet mask on for 15-20 minutes.
4. Remove the sheet mask, and gently tap the remaining essence into your skin.
5. (Optional and recommended for dry skin or winter months) Seal it all in with a moisturizer.
