Completely soak cotton pad with toner for a DIY sheet mask, dampen pad and wipe on face when used as a toner, or dilute two caps of toner in 500ml water to use as cleansing water.

Directions

As toner:

Saturate a cotton pad with a proper amount of toner and swipe over skin.

As cleansing water:

You may add 2 caps of toner into 500ml water when cleansing. Pat dry.
